Large herbaceous liana young plants with entire smaller leaves terrestrial stolons mounting treetrunks mature plants epiphytic strongly attached with ribbonlike roots base dies large leaves resembling monstera butsharply incised leathery shiny deark green above pale green with plus ou moins white nerves below inflor axillary with sereral pale whitish green spathes glossy cream fruits old male flowers persistent at tip pale sheathing petioes seeds sown 2/xi seedlings. |
