Description Shrub, 3 m high. Leaves leathery, above slightly glossy, medium green, beneath dull, pale green and with medium green secondary and tertiary nerves and tiny reddish-brown spots all over the leave. Main inflorescence axe dark green, secondary axes purple-red. Pedicel red. Part between the bracteoles and the flower yellow. Sepals yellow, outer ones with a fine red line along the margin. Petals pale to dark yellow. Anthers pale brown. Style pale yellow to whitish. Fruits obovate, dark purple with pale green spots.
