| Description | Tree, about 10 m. tall, pale yellow-brown crooked bole, smoothj, dull dark brown twigs, leaves rather coriaceous, smooth, shiny bright to rather dark green above, pale green with prom. sec. nerves and pale brown prom midrib below, flowering on superficially buried long ropelike stolons from the base of the trunk, flower 2 -3 m. away from stembase, pale green calyx with diaphanous edges, corolla white, anthers yellow on white filaments, young fruits green and rough. |
